Custom Rug Process
Working with SYLKA Carpets for your custom rug requirements, you will experience superior customer service. Our experienced sales team will assist you from ideation to installation in as little as 6-12 weeks.
Step 1 - Specifying Your Rug or Carpet
We invite all of our Hand Tufted clients to join our team when specifying their design. During this process, we help you arrange patterns and colours to your liking.
Step 2 - Confirming Your Custom Design
Our team will send you a render of the final design for you to review and approve. Any final changes needed can be made at this stage.
Step 3 - Handcrafting Your Custom Design
Our highly skilled artisans carefully craft your design using the latest techniques to create a truly unique product.
Step 4 - Delivery and Quality Check
The finished product is delivered to our headquarters, usually taking six weeks after the design is signed off. Here, we conduct a final, thorough quality check.
Step 5 - Fitting Your Custom Carpet or Rug
Our specialist team of carpet fitters prepare the room for your rug or carpet installation, as per your requirements. The project manager conducts a final review to ensure you are satisfied.
